Law Of Attraction 101 !!

The Law of Attraction is usually described as a "universal law" (like gravity is also a universal law) that delivers into your life whatever you focus on the most. A negative focus will attract mostly negative experiences, while a positive focus will attract mostly positive experiences.

Sounds simple enough, right? Think positive, get positive. Think negative, get negative. But there’s a little more to it than that.

Current knowledge about the Law of Attraction reveals a clear connection between our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, expectations, and the world around us.

Basically, here’s how it works:

Thoughts + Emotions + Beliefs + Expectations = Reality
Let’s break down each of these components to better understand how they work together.


Your thoughts provide the general structure for your reality. You perceive your surroundings and gear your emotions according to your thoughts. When you think positively, you usually “feel” positively.

In other words, positive thoughts make you feel good, and negative thoughts make you feel bad.

One common misconception is that your thoughts create your reality. Your thoughts actually don’t create anything by themselves.

Can you imagine if you “created” everything you thought about? Your nightmares would all come true, as well as every fear and worry you’ve ever had! No thank you!

In actuality, your thoughts need to be infused with emotion in order to be formed in physical reality.

Your emotions could accurately be described as the "fuel" that gives life to your thoughts. When you hold a specific thought or idea in your mind and generate strong emotions for or about it – you bring it into your life!

Emotions are the driving force behind your ability to create your reality.

If you take nothing else away from reading this page, the MOST important thing I want you to understand is the absolute raw power that your emotions hold!

This is why negative thoughts can be so destructive. When you focus on negative things and emit negative emotions about them – you attract them! Likewise, when you think positive thoughts and emit positive emotions about them – you attract them!

Beliefs and Expectations

Your beliefs and expectations act as gatekeepers for your reality. No matter how hard you try to think and feel positively, a limiting belief or negative expectation has the power to BLOCK what you’re trying to attract. It doesn’t matter how many affirmations you recite, or how strongly you visualize yourself having something you want – if you hold limiting beliefs about it, your subconscious mind will NOT allow you to have it! You either don’t believe it’s possible or don’t believe you deserve it, so it will not be possible for you.




It cant get simpler than this !! If you can just acknowledge this one simple Fact , then you can change your whole perspective of life and the living of life . 

Bad Days , can be transformed to good days in just a few moments , and Problems could be resolved in Moments . The universe always works instantly , the moment you set an intention ,its manifestation start's . The universe starts shaping your circumstances accordingly so that your intention can be met.
So Right now in this moment ...

What is your intention ? How are you feeling ?

Are you creating something wonderful ? (and creating something Amazing)
Are you stressing over something negative ? (and complicating the situation even more )

Are you appreciating yourself ? (And getting younger and happier and healthier by the moment)
Are you Holding on to some limiting belief about yourself ? ( And Gaining weight , loosing hair , loosing money and love and respect )

So , What is going on in your mind today ? 




This is the first time in the history of Man kind that we are openly talking about the Power of the Universe , rather than fearing it or worshiping it , we are actively developing our skills to efficiently communicate with it .

Through our imagination , thoughts , emotions and by the power of our 'Will' we are now able to shape and reshape and eventually perfect our own experience in this life. 

'Nothing is impossible' and 'Nothing is out of reach' No matter who you are and no matter Where you are or how hopeless things seem for you... Just know this , it will get better ! and even better , you have the power and the talent and the capability to make it better ! You don't have to wait , you don't have to suffer anymore . The unlimited and Awesome power of the universe is at your disposal , and when you learn to use this resource , You become Unlimited and All Powerful ! 

So , go ahead and Create ! 



The simple process with LOA is that you decide what you want , then you "feel" like you already posses what you want , the universe , then picks up on your 'feelings' and delivers to you whit precision what you want.

But what if you cant feel it ? What if you cant feel anything? Or when it comes to having the feeling of having it the evidence from the past , stands up and stares at you right in the face ? 

Sometimes , you go in for a quantum leap , you don't release the past ,and focus on your desire so hard , that the universe delivers to you your desire , but because you haven't let go of the anger and the pain , you see your desire turn rotten in front of you. 

You manifest things but you have difficulty holding on to it...

You loose the money you manifested , your Soul-mate now seems like the devil , the dream job you manifested , is starting to feel like your last few jobs , which you hated. 

All this happens , when we , just jump into the visualizing , day dreaming Manifesting mode , without facing our demons. your dream relationship turning rotten for no real reason ? , the person you were supposed to feel love for now you seem to hate ? It might be that you are still holding on to the pain or suffering caused by this person or from the previous failed relationships . You know that its all now ancient history , and this pain seems illogical . But , nonetheless , it all too real and you are Angry inside , but you know that anger is a negative feeling , so you try your best to suppress it , distract yourself.. and forget about it... and slowly you feel a state where you cant feel anything at all.

That was one example ... want More ? 

So why is it , that the people who shoot up to fame and fortune fast , or win the jackpot and rake in a lot of money fast , cant seem to hold on to it. (There is a scientific research analyzing this phenomenon) . The faster the fame and money comes the faster they crash and burn. 

Its all happens because we have learned to practice the Law of attraction , but we are still holding on to the Limiting beliefs , the anger , the pain and we haven't fully grasped the concept of letting go. 


You work through the anger , the pain and suffering . After learning so much about LOA , you do realize that you are the one who attracted all that suffering pain and bad experiences to yourself . But like any normal human being you find it easier to point out to an recipient external to you , who you can hold responsible for you pain , who you can be angry with , who you can accuse for all that is wrong in your life. 

I suggest you do that ! Off-course not to that persons face. But you can always vent out at them in your thoughts ... here is what you do.

Take out sometime and find a quite place where you can be alone , now pick up a person or a situation or god (if you are angry with god ) , you hold responsible for you misery ... now they are there to listen to you , and you are there to vent out you ... can scream at them , shout at them , call them names , reason with them , you can take a pillow , imagine its them ,and Go all Lucha libre on it for all i care . the goal here is to get angry . And vent out , dont leave anything , you can beat that pillow to an inch of its life , but instead of suppressing your anger for all this time ... try to take it all out. 

Some people think being angry is a bad emotion , it is ,,, but it is better than self hate , and depression and frustration. When you get angry , you are actually in a higher vibration. 

After you are done , you will feel lighter , And you will be able to breathe more better. repeat this exercise 3 times max (for one recipient) . 

With your anger out of the way , you can now look at the universe rationally , if its a relationship you want healed , then you have to admit to yourself that , you just yelled and beat the shit out of the other person , so now the score is settled , you have a clean slate , and so does they . and they will behave exactly as you ask the universe for them to behave with you. 

If its money you want to hold on to , then you have to acknowledge the fact that the universe is capable of providing you with unlimited financial abundance ,and you are doing well where you are and you will always do well financially .

So if you can just work through you pain , you will finally find the peace you are looking for , all the uncertainty will dissolve and you will be a powerful creator.

Find Your Pace

Like everything else, practice of LOA or learning how to leverage the Universe in a way that serves you the best, also has a learning curve. You read (a lot) when you first come across it, discover a lot of techniques (visualisation, pretend games, vision board, gratitude journal etc) and then at times out of desperation, you try to apply them all at once in order to achieve what you’re longing for. I know. There is no judgement here. I’ve done the same thing. And I also firmly believe that everyone does the best they know how.

But in my long journey of hits and trials and errors, I’ve learned some very important lessons which came to me mostly in the form of epiphanies and have made living the life of my making so much easier. Here, I’ll be share one of them, which is also probably the most crucial of all. One that I wish someone had told me back when I came to know about all this LOA and Universe stuff. 

Find Your Own Pace. 

I can’t stress enough how important this is for your mental and spiritual well-being, and also for manifesting your desires. It also prevents LOA backfires (will talk about it in a separate post). 

The lesson is very simple. Don’t rush yourself into anything. Sure, it feels as if you have to go out and give it your best shot by forcing yourself into doing every LOA exercise that you come across in order to manifest something that you want in no time. But most of the time, this happens when there is desperation for something. And desperation is definitely not good news. When we force ourselves, especially our souls to do something or feel something that is not really where our current vibration is, it causes massive discomfort. Whatever you decide to do, whatever path you decide to follow, you want to follow from a place of happiness. It only works that way. 

Couple of years back, when I was still a newbie, I came across this book called Clear your Clutter with Feng Shui (I recommend this book to anyone who currently feels stuck and wants to start afresh) and predictably launched myself into dumping my stuff, taking it to extremes, to put it mildly. I was desperate for change and thought that I just have to follow what the book says, and maybe I’ll have what I want. It resulted in confronting with buried feelings and issues at a pace I was not ready for at that time. It was overwhelming, and kind of threw me out of alignment for a while. 

Now I understand, that whatever we create, even a messed up situation, we create for a reason. The reason is best known to our higher self. It could be to bring to surface unresolved issues, or to have a life experience that our higher-self decided to have before coming to this world. And if we ever decide to change it in this life, we need to do this in agreement with our souls. That is why now I make it a point to first check with myself before plunging into a new course of action, whether or not it resonates with me. 

That said, I’m not saying that if you are currently in an unhappy situation, you are doomed to stay there forever, just because you can’t force yourself to feel happy. You can obviously work up your vibration slowly and harmoniously. You just need to take care that whatever you are doing is resonating with your higher self. It talks to you, you know. It will tell you when to go ahead with something full throttle, and when to hold back and test the waters. You just have to learn to listen to it. First of all let me just make it clear that Meditation plays a huge role in the process of LOA , as it helps to bring your mind from the place of Negativity to The Neutral Zone , and sometimes even leads us to the positive zone. its an important tool to clear our minds of all the negativity we have collected over time. For people new to meditation , its a little hard at first to clear their mind as random thoughts keep popping up. Here are a few things that worked for me , when i was a newbie.

1. First of all , early morning or before bed , are by my experience the best times to meditate , But if for some reason you cant be free at these times , then anytime of the day will do. just try to keep aside 15 - 30 minutes undisturbed.

2. Loose that jeans ! get into something soft , loose fitting and comfortable , we want you to concentrate on you thoughts not the itches and scratches that comes with tight clothes.

3. Try finding a place that is not too hot or too cold , neither it should be so uncomfortable , that your bottom starts to hurt , nor so comfortable , that you lie down and drift off to sleep. The best place would be somewhere where you can get fresh natural air , the terrace , the park , the garden maybe . The Oxygen in that fresh air , really gets you going. and Yes , you can get HIGH on oxygen !

4. For those who are new to meditation , focusing on your breath does the job , you can feel the cool air going in and the warm air coming out of your nostrils , you can follow the flow of air all through to your lungs , or you can just just focus on the opening of your nostrils , and feel your breath.

5. to keep the mind from wandering , you can count your breath , 1 on in and 2 on out , again 1 on In and 2 on out . or you can mentally say IN as you draw air in or OUT as you release air out.

6. One of my personal favorites is saying the word OM while drawing in a long and deep breath. You can say OMMMMMMMMM out loud or in you mind either way it will work , and boy does it raises your Vibration !!

7. Try to force your face into a smile , the bigger the better , Forcing it holding it there is surely going to raise your vibration , and you will come out of the Meditation , Grinning and Happy.
You can now proceed with any of our previously suggested processes for making the universe do your bidding.


This quick and easy exercise is for those times when you are feeling particularly enthusiastic and want to create something just for the fun of it. This is also for the newbies who wish to experiment and make sure that this stuff works. You can also use this to let go of something you really wish would come to you. Here's the drill, and its fun too, so enjoy

1. Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed for 15-20 minutes.

2. Sit down comfortably, (you can also lie down), close you eyes and start taking deep but gentle breaths.

3. Keep you gentle focus on your breathing until your mind starts to calm.

4. Now, with your eyes closed, imagine yourself sitting in garden, and try to feel the details of your favorite garden; freshness in the air, warmth of sunshine on your face.

5. Imagine that there is a big bubble of pink color floating just above your head. Whatever wish you put in this bubble will come true.

6. Now as your eyes are still close, imagine your desire. Make the image as vivid as possible, imagine every little detail, the feel of its touch, its smell, and most importantly, the happiness inside you that this desire of yours will give you.

7. After its starts to feel real, put the object of your desire in the pink bubble that's floating just above your head. Trust that as soon as you put it there, your order with the universe is placed.
Imagine that pink bubble float away up in the sky. Keep tracking it till its no longer visible.

Universe has now started working on your desire, Feel the gratitude, as your wishes are being granted very soon.
You can now open your eyes, and do whatever is most fun for you.

Its OK if at first , you cant hold on to your focus , if any wandering thought comes to mind just acknowledge it and push it away gently. Its an achievement if you can hold your focus for 5 minutes only , with practice you can increase your timing and focus , and have a greater clarity and Focusing Ability.

First off all , lets not argue about "but from where the money will come ?" , its none of your business ! , its the universes business , so you just sit pretty while the universe finds a way to come up with the Money .For my more skeptical friends , Please relax and let the universe show you , "How the money is going to come. "

Now that being said , we can move on to the topic at hand , that is DEBT ! 

Being is Debt is bad , being constantly chased by creditors is annoying and at the same time takes toll over our self esteem and image.  

Many of us have at some point in our life have found ourselves in debt , we owe money , and we don't have enough to pay back . And believe me , i know , this feeling sucks , especially if you are not an habitual defaulter.

Many people ask me about law of attraction and Money , can LOA be used to manifest money , can it help them to clear off their debts ?

The Answer is Yes ! it can ! But , like any application of LOA , it can be really easy or really difficult to implement , depends on your current mindset. 

Now look at "Settlement of Debt" as a need , so when applying LOA on this matter , we calculate the amount of money we need to settle the debt and ask the universe to deliver through visualization , imagination , listing out things to be thankful for and stuff , if these work for you , then just close this page , because you are An LOA Master and you don't need to be here , go enjoy your money , but if these don't work , read on.

The universe manifests the essence of your desires by picking up on your emotions and feelings. So sometimes concentrating on an "BIG' Amount of money to pay off your debt , when there is no obvious source of income in sight , can be a little difficult , it can also , evoke Negative emotions of doubt and uncertainty. 

SO whats the alternative ?

Its. simple , we take the money factor out of the manifestation. Just listen to me for a second ,before lighting the torches and picking up your pitchforks .  Its simple , 

"The manifestation we are aiming for is 'Debt settlement' not 'manifesting Money' ! "

Let me explain with an example ....
Meet Steve , Steve has lost his job due to something inevitable. And now with no monthly income to support him , Steve is facing a Huge Credit card Outstanding , lets say USD 30000 ! Maybe he bought a 'Train' for all i care , but the truth is he is in debt , and he has no way of paying it off in the future . Now he can declare bankruptcy and get the credit card people off his back , but lets be honest , declaring Bankruptcy isn't cheap . that will be the last nail in the coffin. 

What Steve needs to do is to address the elephant in the room , or better , imagine the room without the elephant ! 
The need here is to settle the debt , and the only logical solution Steve's brain is giving him is "Get some Money" But with the bad market and all (again a belief of Steve's Brain) it seems impossible at the moment. So what does he do ? He leaves it to the universe. 

What Steve's Brain doesn't understand is that the 'HOW' of this manifestation will be taken care off by the universe , who has access to all the 3600 Thousand Trillion Dollars on the earth , And Steve's Debt is a measly 0.0000000000000001 % of that wealth. So all Steve has to do now is concentrate on the 'feeling' he is going to feel while he is repaying the Debt. 

So, Steve sits Down , and He relaxes , He Takes deep breaths and he remembers the fact that he is the creator of his own experience in this reality  . And he Asks himself ....

              "How will i feel , when this debt is paid ? " 

What does this debt settlement stand for , the answer is simple , RELAXATION  ! Steve will be able to finally relax once the debt is paid . and through that Relaxation will come Happiness. 
Knowing this Steve now , imagines that he is paying his debt off, he is writing a cheque , and he is handing it over to the people he owes money , or he is Transferring funds from his account and paying off all his debt , and while doing so , a feeling of relaxation is sweeping over him. Now he is no longer under debt , and great burden is off his shoulders and he is feeling free and light and  mildly elated. He keeps feeling these feelings , looses track of time , drifts off to sleep.

Next Morning he wakes up , freshens up , sits down with a pen and paper , Writes down ....

"Thank you universe for such an amazing resolution , i feel so free and light , now that i have cleared off all my debts . And the best part , there is money left with me after , to help me start over again. Thank you universe for taking care of me ! " 

He spends the day without a care in the world and in the evening , receives a text that his account has been debited with 60000 USD . 

So folks what did we learn ?

1. Its the feeling's that matter. SO find a way to feel "That way". 
2. You manifestation ain't in the future , its now , when asking for a desire , act as if you have it "NOW"
3. The universe is Generous , it will give you more than you could have ever imagined or expected. 
4. Its possible for you to feel "That way" without an actual manifestation. 
5. Goal setting is good , but Dont be stuck on a date , Maybe the universe wants to deliver it ahead of time. 
6. When ever you are imagining or visualizing , Do it in the Present tense , do it as if you have everything now. Your imagination is your happy place , you are not bound by physical limitations , so go Nuts !

Be a lamp, or a lifeboat, or a ladder..

This line isn't just a lesson in moral science; it has endless wisdom wrapped in it. 

Law of attraction teaches us to be selfish, which is a very good thing. We start to think about ourselves. We start to pay attention to what we really want. We start making list after list of things that we would like to have in our reality. And all seems to be working out just fine. But then, one day we realize that although on technical level, Universe is working just fine, but still there are those top three desires on most people’s lists which don’t seem to be coming to pass.

And no matter how hard they try, visualization and everything, matters only seem to be getting worse. They know that they have to ‘let go’. But most do not know how. 

To those stuck at this level, I would suggest to listen to the wisdom of Rumi. When nothing seem to be working to distract you from your current predicament, try giving. Nothing works better than the joy of giving someone else the happiness that they had been looking for. Remembering, that we are all connected and that we are all one, also helps. Anything that we do for others is bound to come back to us, and that include all the good things. What we receive in our reality is always a reflection of what we give. 

So, go ahead and try this, help someone, do something to make someone feel good. Not only will it help to distract you from your current situation and thus help you to ‘let go’, but it will also bring more good things to you.

So what's the deal with the universe Anyway ? From what we have been hearing , the Universe responds to your vibration... good or Bad vibration is responded with matching manifestations. The universe is neutral when it comes to manifestations , and you are the one responsible for your own vibrations and your own manifestations . 

So be afraid , Be very afraid... because there is no one coming to your rescue , its all your responsibility .

This one thought drives a lot of new LOAer's up the walls .You start reveling in the awesome power of the universe , and then you have a negative thought , and you get scared , because negative thoughts attract to you more negative thoughts , and in turn negative situations and manifestations , so you try to wrestle that negative thought to the ground, and in doing so , you make the situations even worst. 

Ok have i scared you enough ? I have !? i am sorry... 

Ok let me put this one scary thought to ease...

The Universe is inherently good . The Universe is actively trying to take us to our desires. The Universe knows what makes you happy and what are your inner and deepest desires . and it always is actively trying to push you towards your happiness. But we hold ourselves in a place of misery by actively holding on to the negative thoughts. 

You know why , the the negative feels or emotions cause so much pain ? because you are like that lighthouse that is standing against the huge waves. The waves (the universe) is constantly trying to sway you and sweep you towards your happiness , but you are being stubborn and you are standing in negativity (like the lighthouse) . The pain that you feel is caused because by holding yourself in a place of negativity (worrying , acknowledging absence , anger , betrayal) , you are constantly waging a war against the universe that is trying to take you to your happiness. 

SO , dont you think that giving up is the right thing to do. When you surrender yourself to the Universe , it takes you to the place where all your desires and manifestations are waiting for you. All you have to do is let go and give in. 

When we feel stuck or when we are in a bad place , that only means the we have created too much negative momentum ie; we are stuck in a web of negativity . And the more we try to find our way out of it , the more tight its grip on us becomes . 

So when we give in , when we let go , we try to go to a place of calm and comfort , where these tangled web of negativity slowly starts to get loose , and the more 'still' we become , the further out of this web we find ourselves. Until there comes a point where there is no more negativity left , and from here the universe swoops in like superman .. and carries us to our goals.

You maybe visualizing , imagining , appreciating , and if its working , good for you , but for those , who feel that all this feels a bit forced . know this , that you cant go from a place of negativity to a place of Positivity Directly . You have to go to a place of calmness before.The best way to stop negative thoughts is to stop thought altogether

Bottled-up emotions/ Side-effects of Knowledge of LOA.

One fine day, we wake up, watch a great movie like ‘The Secret’ or read the book and go, “Whoa, I have a magic lamp now; all I got to do is to feel right.” It all sounds so easy. We decide that life is our creation, that we are writing our own story and that we can make anything happen just by thinking the right thoughts and feeling the right feelings. And there’s nothing wrong with this knowledge, this is pretty much the gist of it all.

Then we start slowly; we dip our toes in the water and start by attracting a cup of coffee or a rainbow (or a picture of it), and again go crazy happy for the power we have freshly discovered that we have. So far, so good. It gets more and more clear that the life we have lived so far was totally our creation and all that is yet to come is going to be our creation as well. We are absolutely amazed by this power that we have. Slowly and steadily our faith is reaffirmed, and so are our fears.

With the knowledge, that our ‘thoughts become things’, we begin to monitor our thoughts. And with the knowledge that our feelings act as a fuel that launch those thoughts into the universe, we begin to monitor our feelings as well. And doing that, at some point, we become really scared of our thoughts and feelings.

You see, man is a creature of habits, and old habits die hard. Through no fault of our own, or anyone else for that matter, we have been trained to think through the worst possible scenarios regarding every area of life. Probably our survival instinct has developed our brains this way. But whatever is the case, it’s a fact that we cannot change the way we think and feel overnight. Sure, we can start taking baby steps towards the great change but doing that overnight poses some serious risks.

And most of us do make this mistake. We decide to make the maximum of the LOA, but we forget that it’s a universe based on thoughts and feelings and those patterns are very slow to change. They require a lot of patience if not hard work.

Most of us get overwhelmed by all the negativity inside us and some of us decide to take the easy and short route. So instead of dealing with the negative emotions inside us and slowly changing those patterns, we start to bottle them up. We absolutely ban all kind of negative thoughts, we stop talking about what is bothering us, and we start pretending that all is absolutely well.

We think that if we bottle them up, seal them and then forget about them, they will actually disappear. But they don’t and while we get busy with our pretend game, those bottled up emotions at the back of our minds become ticking time-bomb, ready to explode any minute. And when they do, they leave us perplexed and exasperated like never before. And we feel at loss, as to where to start picking up pieces, and what is the point of it all.

Now, don’t go into the panic mode, just yet. That is not the objective of this post. The objective is to give you a heads up and possibly prevent you from making a mistake that many of us, (including myself) have made. This will save you one step and a lot of mess and pain.

Do not suppress your emotions. That’s all.

Suppressing them won’t help. Dealing with them and then letting them go in a healthy way will. If you feel you have been hurt in the past, it’s very legitimate to feel the anger inside you. Let it show. Talk to someone you trust about it. Cry, if that feels good. Seek help. And you don’t even have do this for a long time. You’ll start feeling better before you know it. And there will be no pretense in that ‘good feeling’.

Again, there are no set rules for what you need to do to deal with suppressed emotions. For that you will need the guidance of your inner self. But one thing that helps to bring out that inner guidance is meditation. So do meditate, and try not to bottle things up inside you. They’ll do more harm than good.

Question : I was intrigued by a post u pinned which said : Life is fucking easy. How would you explain this just out of interest to the person with chronic ailments; with those that struggle to put food on the table every day and keep a roof over their family's head; when unemployment is just around the corner, or worse those that live permanently in refugee camps that are in hot fly-blown places like Ethiopia with no chance of ever escaping them. Upon arrival there the mother has a very sick baby suckling on her breasts that don't produce milk because she her is severely undernourished to how can you then say life is fucking easy? I 'm just curious to know?

Here is how the universe works , everyone on this planet is the creator of their own experience . If you have a brief idea of Law of attraction , then you would know that , whatever we feel ,the universe multiplies . So good feelings bring more good feelings thoughts and things , and bad feelings attract more bad feeling thoughts and circumstances . Now lets first talk about disease , or chronic ailments . Disease or any ailments of the mind or body , are attracted by a person themselves , you grow a cancer , its your screwed up vibration , whatever is happening to the body is just a physical manifestation of whats going on in the mind , so if the mind is sick with stress and tension , and negativity , the person will fall sick , and in cases where a person holds on to this chronic negativity for a long time , he or she develops a chronic illness . The universe doesn't care about right or wrong or good or bad , it just listens to your feelings and emotions and gives you more of that , so if a person is consumed and obsessed with stress or worry or tension , and feels like that his whole life is being consumed by the circumstances , he will attract a chronic illness like cancer or AIDS .

Now lets talk about people in Misery , the malnourished , and war affected people , who start their life in misery and end their life in misery . When a child is born , he doesn't know that whats going on around him , he doesn't care if his parents don't have money to buy milk to feed him , all he knows is that he wants milk and so he / she cries . Now lets apply the LOA here , people in such adverse conditions are mostly stuck in such adverse conditions , because they don't know otherwise , all their life all they have seen is misery and death and poverty , and so , the primitive lizard brain kicks in for survival , and their life starts and ends for just survival . People in such places , in fact all over the world are just reacting to their external circumstances, so the universe is giving them more of those circumstances , its a vicious circle . And all they have to do to get out, is to not acknowledge what all is wrong and just Dream . Now you will point out that how can a person in hellish conditions dream ? , Yes they can ! , Dreaming about a better life doesn't cost a thing , and if there is a slim chance that by just vibrating / feeling the right feelings can get a person out of the hell he is in , then why not take it.

All these people , the ones ones with their ailments and the ones in hellish conditions. all of them are responsible for their own experience in their life , The universe is at everyone's disposal . All they have to do is ask for the things they want, rather than beat the drum of all they dont want ! And so , i state again , LIFE is F%$KING easy !!!

Yes there will be Misery , there will be things that will bother you , but it is you who has to make the choice of whether to be bothered by them or not , The Pain is real , but the suffering is optional , and it always , eases up things to know that the universe is on your side , no matter who you are no matter where you are.  The pain wont last long once you stop the suffering . It will fade away and the things that will make you happy will come to your experience , if its food then it will be food , if its good health then great cure for your ailment.

The moment you Stop being bothered by all that is wrong with your life , the moment you stop paying attention to all the misery , the moment you stop counting the things that are out of place , Your Vibration will start rising up. At first you will 'feel Nothing' , A Void , which is better than feeling 'bad' , Then as your Vibration rises up , you will start to feel  more Happy and at Ease. And then , before you know it , Doors will start opening up where there were only walls . And you will see a solution to your situation.

One of the most common questions that  I encounter is, "Can I use law of attraction to bring back an Ex?" 

And the Answer to this is Yes! You can! And it’s Easy and difficult at the same time. But in the end it will depend on you. It doesn't matter if the relationship ended yesterday or last month or last year , it doesn't matter if you are here and they are a 1000 miles away . None of it matters, all that matters is, if you still love them?

Most of you will say, "Yes we do!" That's why we are here, reading your blog! We have tried for so long now, We have tried every move in the proverbial Book ! And now we are frustrated, and we have turned to the universe for help. Well, you have come to the right place, but before we start, I want to just make sure that you are pursuing whoever it is you are pursuing because of love, and not to prove a point, not because you think that you can’t get anyone else , not out of fear, not to feed your ego ,but because you are in love . 

Now how will you know if you are still in love, there are a million ways to know, but asking yourself and talking to yourself works best. 


1. Find a quiet place where no one can disturb you for at least 15 minutes .

2. Now sit down in a comfortable position, and close your eyes.

3. Take a few deep breaths.

4. Now just for a moment, concentrate on yourself, be entirely present in the moment, pay attention to your body, how it feels, just pull out all your awareness from the past, future, and be there in your body, be with yourself .

5. Know this that in this moment, sitting right here right now, you are free from everything. There is nothing that you need to do, there is nowhere that you need to be and there is nothing that can hurt you. For this 15 minutes you are here and you are free from all the worldly affairs of your life.  These 15 minutes are yours to relax! So Relax! 

6. Now when you feel like, search your awareness and find the most amazing person aside from your Ex that you know. This person can be anyone; someone you once had a crush on, someone who is way better than your Ex in looks, and nature and all other aspects. 

7. Once you have zeroed in on that better person, Ponder on this question.

       "Would i still want my Ex if this amazing person walked up to me and proposed me? " 

8. For a Moment consider this ,believe it is true, if this amazing person that you know of , or someone like that comes up to you tomorrow and proposes you, would you go for them or would you still want to patch things with your ex. 

Take a moment to process this thought in detail. 

If you happily  accepted this new and amazing person, then I must tell you that,  you are not in love with your Ex . What you are actually looking for is a happy and loving relationship , and that can come from anyone , it doesn't have to be your Ex. 

Now if the thought of accepting this new and improved person gave you mixed feelings, like cheating on your Ex, even though you are not in a relationship as of now, or if the thought of losing your Ex (despite all the kinks) popped up , and it didn't feel good. Then yes, you are still in love with your Ex , and you should read on .

Moving On..

Now First thing to know is that it is possible! And it is easy! It is already done! All you have to do is Relax and let the manifestation in. 

But relaxing ain't that easy in these situations, there is so much pain and hurt feeling and memories, that you are  in a constant battle with yourself. So first we have to take care of these feelings. You must know that these feelings of fear, and insecurity are the ones that landed you here in this situation in the first place. 

The Universe always monitors how you feel and then tries to  mould your experience accordingly so that you can have more of those feelings. 


There are certain things that generally cause relationships to go bad. I’ll try to list all of them , and discuss how to tackle them.


So you met the guy/ Girl of your dreams, someone who you would have never thought you can get in your wildest dreams. You got lucky. You put them on a pedestal, all of creation and god's creatures including you come in a second place to your Guy/ Girl. You are willing to change for them. You are so much in love that you get the stars and the moon for them, and you are perfectly happy with the 50 cent card they bought for you on your special day. You eat what they eat, you go where they go.

This is where things go bad. Sometimes while doing these things you start to lose yourself, When you think that your lover is out of your league, or superior to you, it gives out a signal of unworthiness to the universe. And the universe responds to it, by increasing your lover’s value in your eyes, and decreasing your own value in your eyes. So when a problem arises, even a small one you give up rationality and start looking  for what 'you' did wrong. With time the universe gives you more and more circumstances that make you feel more and more worthless. 

  "So what can i do about it ?"

Love yourself, Value yourself.  You should know That we live in a vibrational universe and in the eyes of the universe everyone is equal, everyone is beautiful and everyone is capable of greatness. When you first met the love of your life, it was you and your vibration that attracted them. The Universe doesn't decide your worth. You DO!  It is your belief that drives the universe to bring things into your experience. If you believe you are worthy, then you are worthy.  There is nothing wrong with you. You deserve to be put on a pedestal, you deserve to be loved and valued the same way you love and value your lover. And they will be happy to move the heavens and earth for you because they love you. When you truly believe this, the universe will start to change your experience. 


Fear is generally based on past bad experiences. A woman who had been cheated on in a previous relationship will always be in fear of being cheated on in the current one as well. It gives birth to insecurity, and once you are consumed by it, the universe gets the signal, and BAM ! You experience a situation where you get to live your fear! 

"So what can i do about it  ?"

Know that you are the sole creator of your experience on this planet. Know this that at the core every human being on this planet is looking for happiness, we are all the same. Know this that you and your lover came together, because the universe found you guys to be the perfect match and both of you fulfilled each others’ requirements to be happy. Know this that it is you who can invite in bad experiences by thinking and holding on to fear and insecurity. Know this that the past or whatever happened in the past has no power over you, whatever happened then, you invited it in, and now if you let go of that bad experience it will also  leave you forever. Know this that you have manifested a loving partner who values you respects you and loves you as much as you love them, and they would never do anything to hurt you or betray you. So take a breather and let the feelings of fear and insecurity go.


You want it, but they don’t, for some reason that seems absurd when you think about it, but that's the way it is. The parents are not agreeing, your lover isn't looking to settle down yet, you are in a long distance relationship, they found someone better, different religion , different skin color , different caste , need I go on ? 

"So what can i do about this ?"  

 Well it works like this, The universe will give you whatever you want, whatever you place your focus on. All the other people in your experience are there to fulfill their roles that you have assigned to them. Their thoughts and wishes  don't have any effect on your experience, so if you think you are not in control of the situation, think again! The problem that arose, is just an external manifestation of a limitation that you have sub consciously imposed on yourself. And as soon as you find and let go of that limitation, things will start to get better. Just focus on what you want and don’t listen to the noise around you and you’ll be fine.

Now that we have addressed the limitations, we can move onto the part on how to revive the relationship.

So, I can go on and describe some visualizing exercises where you can imagine yourself and them dancing around a tree to a bollywood song with backup dancers and everything or I can keep it simple. 

Ok I will keep it simple.

The most 'Important' and the most 'overlooked' truth when practicing the law of attraction is, 

"When it comes to effecting change (big or little, but especially Big ) be it manifesting the life of your dreams or reviving a relationship or getting that perfect parking space , 'thinking' is immeasurably more valuable when used to imagining what you want - the end result- than to figure out how you are going to get it. " 

All you have to do is to be at a feeling place of where you want to be, and the universe will do its part and get you there .The best way to do so is , think about what you want. 

So what do you want?

"I want to be in a loving relationship with {enter name}!"

And how is that going to make you feel? 

"Happy , relaxed , secure , excited , in love ,  [enter more feelings here]"

So if you can feel all those feelings right now the universe will bring you more of those feelings and more and more, and before you know it your lover will be standing on that door, asking you to take them back. 

All you have to do is "Trust the universe", and from that place of trust and calmness you have to anticipate the arrival of your lover back into your life. Its like, you know they are coming to you and you are excited about it. And how do you know that its working???

Well you feel good!!! If right now you feel the love and you feel good and relaxed and calm, then you are on the right path, then you are doing your part and vibrating in the right place, and now you trust the universe to do its part and deliver to you your, manifestation. 

Think of the universe as your competent secretary, one who never fails you and delivers whatever you ask for. So just tell it what you want and relax.
