DOING THE IMPOSSIBLE !!!

The Impossible tasks ! 


What is Impossible? , You can tell me that the meaning lies in the word itself, some of the more positive people tell me that it is just a way to say, I AM POSSIBLE. I don’t really understand what that means…I mean yes I exist, ergo I am not just a possibility, but I am a truth, which you and everyone else on this planet will have to live with hopefully for the next 40 more years.

But then what is Impossible, and by extension, what is an impossible task? A impossible situation. I ll go ahead and explore what it means for an average person. It’s a place of No hope, or to put it in a more “non-depressing” way, it’s a task you have no idea how to accomplish, and even if you have an idea on how to do it, you are right now not in a state to implement that idea. To put it more simply, you don’t know how to get ‘there’ from ‘here’. You don’t know the path, or the path you know, you are in no position to walk on right now.


I ll take 2 examples, of impossible tasks, see if any one of it is applicable to you. 

1. Buying a House.

2. Getting back an Ex/Making a crush fall for you/ changing someone’s attitude. 


So you want to buy a house. So your mind says, its fairly simply, Make the money and then 
buy the house. Then you ask your mind, how do I make so much money. And the answer is usually, ‘Someday’. Till then I think you should rent. 

When it comes to changing someone’s mind about you, your mind is like, ‘lets keep trying’ , maybe we can wear them down by our nagging or persistence. And when the other person goes and blocks your number and phone, your mind is like “we tried our best, maybe it was not worth it, just sit and mope, complain occasionally, ‘Someday’ it will all change, wait till then, at least they will call you brave to put up with all this.”

So what happened in both the cases? In both cases your mind didn’t know how to get ‘there’, it tried all that it could, and when it didn’t work, your mind declared that there is no other way, and to conserve energy it made this problem a problem for your ‘future self’.

So then are we doomed to not buy that house, when we need it, or not be in a relationship of our choice. Not have the love and appreciation that we deserve?
No, we are forgetting something very important. Focus, and Desire. We usually don’t pay attention to the ‘thinking’ part, when all our problems lie in this physical world.

What if I tell you today, that the world doesn’t work the way you come to believe. We live in a world where we expect results to every action. And so happiness and relief is a ‘result’ for us, Result of an action that you take in the physical reality. How many times you would have caught yourself saying. 

“if only I could have that one thing, I would be that happiest person on the planet.”
This approach, this perspective about life leads us to the whole concept of Impossible.
Happiness and Bliss and relief are not ‘Results’, these are ‘Actions’ and such strong actions that they can actually open up, and show you a way towards an impossible situation.

The human brain is a stupid thing, it always assumes that it knows all there is to know about a situation, and so when find yourself in a place where you have to make a decision, your brain just assumes that it knows all possible ways, and that there is no other
way. But you and i both know from experience that, if we cant see a way, that doesn't mean that it doesn't exists.

So even if you don’t know the 'how' of having that new house right now, don’t worry, don’t even put off your dream, because the ‘way’ in which you can have that house, that relationship, that dream come true, Right now,Exists ! You just don’t see it yet, and to see it, to see this path, this new way, light up in front of you, you have to just move a little towards your impossible goal, and how do you do that? You focus on having it right now, and you feel how it would feel to be in that perfect world where you have what you want. You discuss why you want it? How is it going to make you feel, you get excited about it. That is how you move towards it. And the best part, you don’t even have to do it all day. Writing or visualizing about your perfect resolution, 5 minutes every day before bed, and then not worrying about it all day is all it takes for you to see the new path light in front of you.

LETTING GO OF FEAR !



Fear 
Why do we Fear Stuff? Why do we fear stuff that is not even there? And why do we Fear stuff by assuming that there is something to fear?

We fear stuff because we think that the ‘Stuff” is uncertain, and by extension ‘out of our control’, and by fearing it and mentally preparing ourselves for it beforehand, we think that we are trying to control that ‘out of our control stuff’.

But what are we doing really? We are creating that uncertain stuff by fearing it. When you fear something your mind focuses on that something, and by law, what you focus on expands. Now many of you would have taken up a razor to your wrist, just after reading this, coz this, to many of you would mean that you would be going on about in circles for the foreseeable future. 

You fear , you create , you fear, you create. The cycle goes on… 

Put the razor Down! your life is awesome! You can be happy! Just read on.

So, why has fearing stuff become a habit? Or why does it seem like the default setting. Because with fear is associated the ‘pain’ of getting ‘Hurt’, either ‘Physical’ or ‘emotional’ hurt. 

And as long as you are not a Sado-masochist, you don’t really enjoy pain, and so you fear everything that is there to give you pain, physical or emotional. 

But, then why does anything bad exist? Why is there a hell to your heaven, and devil to your god, loneliness to your perfect relationship, poverty to your prosperity? Let’s call these extreme negatives, and the reason that they exist is so that we can fully appreciate the extreme positives. 

You can’t experience great love without having your heart broken a few times, you cant appreciate your prosperity and reach your full potential, unless you know the pain of poverty and failure. You cannot fully appreciate the existence of good if you haven’t seen the bad. 

And that is the true purpose of all that is bad. To make you appreciate the good. 

That’s the message! “Appreciate the good, Focus on it, Feel it, day in day out, and only good will be created for you” 

Now with that being said, you will ask me, how do we stay away from the bad then? It seems to come by in large doses, and usually follow something good, making it worst?

Well , you know how the universal “law of attraction” states, whatever you focus on Grows, so is the growth of good and bad in your life is regulated. 

Look back, see all the bad that has happened, A break up, a loss of job, personal loss, just look at it and look at the your emotions preceding that event, and then apply the ‘What I focus on expands’ rule to this. And tell me you weren’t anticipating the bad thing. 

But I was anticipating, because I wanted to prevent it. You say. I have had bad experiences in the past, Men are pigs, Women are Vampires, and money is hard to come by, I know a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend who went through this. And yet with all this knowledge you landed yourself in that bad situation? You didn’t prevent anything. All you did was focus on a bad thing for so long that you invited it to your own life. 

Don’t you see what you did here? You just created the ‘very thing’ by focusing on ‘not creating it’, There is no such thing as a ‘I don’t want it’ with the universe. Its all focus. And when you think that you are focused on preventing something from happening, you are actually just creating the very thing for yourself. 

Bad things exist because we acknowledge their existence by focusing on ‘not wanting them’. 

So what is the moral of this story right here? You create the good, and you create the bad. And so it’s all under your control, and if it is all under your control, then you choose to not create a bad thing for yourself, by holding in your head its exact opposite, the good thing. 

You don’t want to be alone anymore? Focus on being loved; appreciate whatever love that you are receiving right now. Realize what matters. It’s your happiness that is the most important thing in the world, and focus on whatever that makes you truly happy, that is what your life is all about. 

“But I have to know about all that is evil, so I can guard myself against it.” 

No! the best way to guard yourself is to ‘not’ let it into your conciseness. You think that you are guarding yourself against a break up, guarding yourself from getting hurt, or failure or harm, but getting hurt and failure and suffering is what you are really creating. 

When all that is evil in the world in under your control. When you can at any point choose to invite or not invite or throw out the bad things, by simply changing your focus. Then why are you still fearful about ‘stuff’ jumping out, creeping in, unexpectedly into your life? Congratulations, you have just eliminated Fear.

STOP MISSING THEM !


 

IF YOU WANT THEM BACK STOP MISSING THEM !!

I Hear form scores of people , Who are trying to pursue the love of their lives using the law of Attraction. Here is one thing that all of them do wrong. 


They Miss them. 

You have to understand that , missing them constantly , repeatedly paying attention to their absence , is something that keeps them away. because all the universe hears from you is "Absence ! Absence ! Absence ! " So it does what it does best , and gives you more of this ABSENCE . The result , is that your manifestation doesn't happen. 

Yes you have been visualizing , giving gratitude , doing your magic practices , but if after putting all this effort in the right direction , you spend the rest of your day feeling nostalgic , and feeling lonely and bad and sad because you MISS them . It defeats the whole purpose of the Law of attraction. What you are doing is giving mixed vibrations. and so you feel stuck and frustrated. 

 Here is where the concept of 'Allowing' Or 'Letting Go' Comes to play . Yes its true that the more emotion you give while focusing your thoughts on your desire the faster its gonna come to you , but its also true that you cant just go from feeling numb to Feeling unconditional love in a day or even in a week , the feelings will come naturally and gradually , and get stronger and clearer as each day passes. 

What people usually do is that, they will visualize throughout the day, even when they dont feel like it , they will force themselves, because the concept of Work=Rewards is going on in their heads. 

That's not true when dealing with the universe, you can visualize 5 minutes a day, and still manifest your desires, because its not the amount of time put in or hardships endured that counts , its the quality of your emotion that counts. 

Enough Rants , Lets just keep to the mechanics of how the universe can help you with your ex problem. 

You see , in case of an ex, there are a lot of built up feelings, caused by a bad breakup, and all this time spent away from each other. So first off all you have to understand that all of these feelings are just negative momentum, its like you think about missing them , which leads to thoughts of unworthiness , which leads to thoughts of insecurity , which leads to hopelessness and helplessness , further comes frustration , Anger , jealousy and before you know it you are breathing in a paper bag , because of the full blown panic attack you just had. And so you see how the train of   negative momentum goes , This train is the reason why , whenever you start to think about your ex you feel bad , coz that feeling bad place is where you are with regards to your ex. The negative momentum will give you access to only negative thoughts. So what do you do.. ??

You meditate , clear your head , focus on not thinking or doing the things that cause you pain,that includes not thinking about your ex, letting the thought go  as you do these things you slowly come to a place of numbness , and then if you don't panic with the whole numbness thing , you move on to a place of general happiness , coz the human mind is wired to be Happy by default, its because we hold on to a lot of negative thoughts by thinking about them over and over, the mind travels to the dark side . But as soon as you let go, you go to a place where the mind is unburdened and happy. 
 
Some of you may find this "letting Go" thing a little difficult , as you may relate it to letting go of your ex , coz it may be your belief , that if you stop thinking about your ex , the universe would stop trying . But, Just relax, the first time you expressed your desire for that particular person , the universe said 'OK' and found a way to get you your desire , but it cant yet provide you your desire , coz you are not allowing it , in other simpler words, You are so stuck in your negative momentum,  in a place of telling the universe with your thoughts , "I dont have this !" that , it is all the universe can give you. "Not having it , and thoughts of not having it." 

So in very simple words the step by step program would be:

1. Clear your head ('let go' of negative, Find a hobby, find happiness in what you have.) 

2. Focus on the feeling of being with them 2 times in a day, once in the morning , and then before going to bed at night. ( before bed is important, visualize , write about it )

3. Clear your Blocks. ( As you move towards your desire , the universe will make you feel bad through a thought on occasion to try and tell you that this thought is the reason i cant give you your desire , you need to think around it , or get rid of it ) (take help of a coach , or a level headed person , or rationalize it yourself) 

4. Allowing . ( Apart from the morning and night focus , throughout the day , distract yourself , dont think about your desire , coz no thought is better than a negative thought. ) 

Lastly , know that you are not rekindling an old relationship , you are in process of creating a new one.. doesn't matter , if its with the same person . its a new relationship that you are creating.

INTRODUCTION TO LAW OF ATTRACTION



Law Of Attraction 101 !!

The Law of Attraction is usually described as a "universal law" (like gravity is also a universal law) that delivers into your life whatever you focus on the most. A negative focus will attract mostly negative experiences, while a positive focus will attract mostly positive experiences.

Sounds simple enough, right? Think positive, get positive. Think negative, get negative. But there’s a little more to it than that.

Current knowledge about the Law of Attraction reveals a clear connection between our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, expectations, and the world around us.

Basically, here’s how it works:

Thoughts + Emotions + Beliefs + Expectations = Reality
Let’s break down each of these components to better understand how they work together.

Thoughts

Your thoughts provide the general structure for your reality. You perceive your surroundings and gear your emotions according to your thoughts. When you think positively, you usually “feel” positively.

In other words, positive thoughts make you feel good, and negative thoughts make you feel bad.

One common misconception is that your thoughts create your reality. Your thoughts actually don’t create anything by themselves.

Can you imagine if you “created” everything you thought about? Your nightmares would all come true, as well as every fear and worry you’ve ever had! No thank you!

In actuality, your thoughts need to be infused with emotion in order to be formed in physical reality.

Emotions
Your emotions could accurately be described as the "fuel" that gives life to your thoughts. When you hold a specific thought or idea in your mind and generate strong emotions for or about it – you bring it into your life!

Emotions are the driving force behind your ability to create your reality.

If you take nothing else away from reading this page, the MOST important thing I want you to understand is the absolute raw power that your emotions hold!

This is why negative thoughts can be so destructive. When you focus on negative things and emit negative emotions about them – you attract them! Likewise, when you think positive thoughts and emit positive emotions about them – you attract them!

Beliefs and Expectations


Your beliefs and expectations act as gatekeepers for your reality. No matter how hard you try to think and feel positively, a limiting belief or negative expectation has the power to BLOCK what you’re trying to attract. It doesn’t matter how many affirmations you recite, or how strongly you visualize yourself having something you want – if you hold limiting beliefs about it, your subconscious mind will NOT allow you to have it! You either don’t believe it’s possible or don’t believe you deserve it, so it will not be possible for you.

LETTING GO OF PAIN !






LETTING GO OF ANGER AND PAIN ! 

The simple process with LOA is that you decide what you want , then you "feel" like you already posses what you want , the universe , then picks up on your 'feelings' and delivers to you whit precision what you want.

But what if you cant feel it ? What if you cant feel anything? Or when it comes to having the feeling of having it the evidence from the past , stands up and stares at you right in the face ? 

Sometimes , you go in for a quantum leap , you don't release the past ,and focus on your desire so hard , that the universe delivers to you your desire , but because you haven't let go of the anger and the pain , you see your desire turn rotten in front of you. 

You manifest things but you have difficulty holding on to it...

You loose the money you manifested , your Soul-mate now seems like the devil , the dream job you manifested , is starting to feel like your last few jobs , which you hated. 

All this happens , when we , just jump into the visualizing , day dreaming Manifesting mode , without facing our demons. 

So...is your dream relationship turning rotten for no real reason ? , the person you were supposed to feel love for now you seem to hate ? It might be that you are still holding on to the pain or suffering caused by this person or from the previous failed relationships . You know that its all now ancient history , and this pain seems illogical . But , nonetheless , it all too real and you are Angry inside , but you know that anger is a negative feeling , so you try your best to suppress it , distract yourself.. and forget about it... and slowly you feel a state where you cant feel anything at all.

That was one example ... want More ? 

So why is it , that the people who shoot up to fame and fortune fast , or win the jackpot and rake in a lot of money fast , cant seem to hold on to it. (There is a scientific research analyzing this phenomenon) . The faster the fame and money comes the faster they crash and burn. 

Its all happens because we have learned to practice the Law of attraction , but we are still holding on to the Limiting beliefs , the anger , the pain and we haven't fully grasped the concept of letting go. 

SO WHAT DO I DO ?

You work through the anger , the pain and suffering . After learning so much about LOA , you do realize that you are the one who attracted all that suffering pain and bad experiences to yourself . But like any normal human being you find it easier to point out to an recipient external to you , who you can hold responsible for you pain , who you can be angry with , who you can accuse for all that is wrong in your life. 

I suggest you do that ! Off-course not to that persons face. But you can always vent out at them in your thoughts ... here is what you do.

Take out sometime and find a quite place where you can be alone , now pick up a person or a situation or god (if you are angry with god ) , you hold responsible for you misery ... now they are there to listen to you , and you are there to vent out you ... can scream at them , shout at them , call them names , reason with them , you can take a pillow , imagine its them ,and Go all Lucha libre on it for all i care . the goal here is to get angry . And vent out , dont leave anything , you can beat that pillow to an inch of its life , but instead of suppressing your anger for all this time ... try to take it all out. 

Some people think being angry is a bad emotion , it is ,,, but it is better than self hate , and depression and frustration. When you get angry , you are actually in a higher vibration. 

After you are done , you will feel lighter , And you will be able to breathe more better. repeat this exercise 3 times max (for one recipient) . 

With your anger out of the way , you can now look at the universe rationally , if its a relationship you want healed , then you have to admit to yourself that , you just yelled and beat the shit out of the other person , so now the score is settled , you have a clean slate , and so does they . and they will behave exactly as you ask the universe for them to behave with you. 

If its money you want to hold on to , then you have to acknowledge the fact that the universe is capable of providing you with unlimited financial abundance ,and you are doing well where you are and you will always do well financially .

So if you can just work through you pain , you will finally find the peace you are looking for , all the uncertainty will dissolve and you will be a powerful creator. 

So go .. try it ...

Find Your Pace


Like everything else, practice of LOA or learning how to leverage the Universe in a way that serves you the best, also has a learning curve. You read (a lot) when you first come across it, discover a lot of techniques (visualisation, pretend games, vision board, gratitude journal etc) and then at times out of desperation, you try to apply them all at once in order to achieve what you’re longing for. I know. There is no judgement here. I’ve done the same thing. And I also firmly believe that everyone does the best they know how.

But in my long journey of hits and trials and errors, I’ve learned some very important lessons which came to me mostly in the form of epiphanies and have made living the life of my making so much easier. Here, I’ll be share one of them, which is also probably the most crucial of all. One that I wish someone had told me back when I came to know about all this LOA and Universe stuff. 

Find Your Own Pace. 

I can’t stress enough how important this is for your mental and spiritual well-being, and also for manifesting your desires. It also prevents LOA backfires (will talk about it in a separate post). 

The lesson is very simple. Don’t rush yourself into anything. Sure, it feels as if you have to go out and give it your best shot by forcing yourself into doing every LOA exercise that you come across in order to manifest something that you want in no time. But most of the time, this happens when there is desperation for something. And desperation is definitely not good news. When we force ourselves, especially our souls to do something or feel something that is not really where our current vibration is, it causes massive discomfort. Whatever you decide to do, whatever path you decide to follow, you want to follow from a place of happiness. It only works that way. 

Couple of years back, when I was still a newbie, I came across this book called Clear your Clutter with Feng Shui (I recommend this book to anyone who currently feels stuck and wants to start afresh) and predictably launched myself into dumping my stuff, taking it to extremes, to put it mildly. I was desperate for change and thought that I just have to follow what the book says, and maybe I’ll have what I want. It resulted in confronting with buried feelings and issues at a pace I was not ready for at that time. It was overwhelming, and kind of threw me out of alignment for a while. 

Now I understand, that whatever we create, even a messed up situation, we create for a reason. The reason is best known to our higher self. It could be to bring to surface unresolved issues, or to have a life experience that our higher-self decided to have before coming to this world. And if we ever decide to change it in this life, we need to do this in agreement with our souls. That is why now I make it a point to first check with myself before plunging into a new course of action, whether or not it resonates with me. 

That said, I’m not saying that if you are currently in an unhappy situation, you are doomed to stay there forever, just because you can’t force yourself to feel happy. You can obviously work up your vibration slowly and harmoniously. You just need to take care that whatever you are doing is resonating with your higher self. It talks to you, you know. It will tell you when to go ahead with something full throttle, and when to hold back and test the waters. You just have to learn to listen to it. MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS



A FEW MEDITATION TECHNIQUES FOR THE NEWBIES ! 

First of all let me just make it clear that Meditation plays a huge role in the process of LOA , as it helps to bring your mind from the place of Negativity to The Neutral Zone , and sometimes even leads us to the positive zone. its an important tool to clear our minds of all the negativity we have collected over time. For people new to meditation , its a little hard at first to clear their mind as random thoughts keep popping up. Here are a few things that worked for me , when i was a newbie.

1. First of all , early morning or before bed , are by my experience the best times to meditate , But if for some reason you cant be free at these times , then anytime of the day will do. just try to keep aside 15 - 30 minutes undisturbed.

2. Loose that jeans ! get into something soft , loose fitting and comfortable , we want you to concentrate on you thoughts not the itches and scratches that comes with tight clothes.

3. Try finding a place that is not too hot or too cold , neither it should be so uncomfortable , that your bottom starts to hurt , nor so comfortable , that you lie down and drift off to sleep. The best place would be somewhere where you can get fresh natural air , the terrace , the park , the garden maybe . The Oxygen in that fresh air , really gets you going. and Yes , you can get HIGH on oxygen !

4. For those who are new to meditation , focusing on your breath does the job , you can feel the cool air going in and the warm air coming out of your nostrils , you can follow the flow of air all through to your lungs , or you can just just focus on the opening of your nostrils , and feel your breath.

5. to keep the mind from wandering , you can count your breath , 1 on in and 2 on out , again 1 on In and 2 on out . or you can mentally say IN as you draw air in or OUT as you release air out.

6. One of my personal favorites is saying the word OM while drawing in a long and deep breath. You can say OMMMMMMMMM out loud or in you mind either way it will work , and boy does it raises your Vibration !!

7. Try to force your face into a smile , the bigger the better , Forcing it holding it there is surely going to raise your vibration , and you will come out of the Meditation , Grinning and Happy.
You can now proceed with any of our previously suggested processes for making the universe do your bidding.


The QUICK MANIFESTATION DRILL -
 




This quick and easy exercise is for those times when you are feeling particularly enthusiastic and want to create something just for the fun of it. This is also for the newbies who wish to experiment and make sure that this stuff works. You can also use this to let go of something you really wish would come to you. Here's the drill, and its fun too, so enjoy

1. Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed for 15-20 minutes.

2. Sit down comfortably, (you can also lie down), close you eyes and start taking deep but gentle breaths.

3. Keep you gentle focus on your breathing until your mind starts to calm.

4. Now, with your eyes closed, imagine yourself sitting in garden, and try to feel the details of your favorite garden; freshness in the air, warmth of sunshine on your face.

5. Imagine that there is a big bubble of pink color floating just above your head. Whatever wish you put in this bubble will come true.

6. Now as your eyes are still close, imagine your desire. Make the image as vivid as possible, imagine every little detail, the feel of its touch, its smell, and most importantly, the happiness inside you that this desire of yours will give you.

7. After its starts to feel real, put the object of your desire in the pink bubble that's floating just above your head. Trust that as soon as you put it there, your order with the universe is placed.
Imagine that pink bubble float away up in the sky. Keep tracking it till its no longer visible.

Universe has now started working on your desire, Feel the gratitude, as your wishes are being granted very soon.
You can now open your eyes, and do whatever is most fun for you.


Its OK if at first , you cant hold on to your focus , if any wandering thought comes to mind just acknowledge it and push it away gently. Its an achievement if you can hold your focus for 5 minutes only , with practice you can increase your timing and focus , and have a greater clarity and Focusing Ability.
